Thank you for the feedback we are happy to have the twist pens as well. Please rest assured that the old pen and new pen do contain the same amount of gel which is 3ml as stated on your labelling instructions. Please make sure you are properly labelling your pens with the provided ingredients, fill, and lot numbers. It is deceiving now that you can see the fill as the older white pens hid the mechanism that dispersed the gel which took up a lot more room inside than one would think.
